Chemo, a good DA would have dropped it because there was no DNA evidence despite what you claim. There was a ridiculous amount of evidence in favor of the Duke players that they didn't do it, but he wrecklessly pursued it anyway. Despite what you say, college kids party and have fun, it isn't that big of a deal.

I don't necessarily think that it was about race, but that may have been why Jackson and Sharpton got involved. It's too bad that it did turn into a problem with racism even though race obviously had nothing to do with it. Those kids lifes were really messed up and as Raytri pointed out the DA is on trial so thats good. But hey, they won the national championship.
