The practical problem is that if we do set a date certain to drop out of Iraqistan it would sgnal the Abdulhs that we are leaving things undone. What we need is to set objectives should as "get all of the Abdulhs" in Iraqistan to defend their own country. As long as we are doing the work for the the Abdulhs they have o incentive to move things along.
