Where are death threats so (apparently) easily tolerated in Australia?
"LEAVE THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND AND WE'LL KILL YOU!" would be met with utter disgust by the rest of the world if the Brits did it, but if done in the name of the 7th-century warlord it seems just fine, eh? No "religion of peace" KILLS you if you criticize it or leave it. The illogical though-process in Sharia Law is staggering. I'm glad I was born in a free country, and we've resisted tyranny for over 200 years.

....truer words were never spoken. But where is N.O.W. and the other "mainstream" women's rights group on this INSTITUTIONALIZED discrimination of women!? This should their #1 cause. What can we do to increase freedoms for women in oppressed Islamic lands? In Yemen recently, an EIGHT year-old girl filed for DIVORCE, bravely ON HER OWN, from her 30 year old abusive husband! Where were her parents in all this!? Google it, since you probably don't believe this. What would a 30 year old man possibly want with a seven or eight year old liitle girl who's young enough to be his daughter?....oh, uh, I know. In the modern world we call this long-held, Mohammad-approved, Islamic practice "statutory rape", and throw the pervert in jail where he belongs. Yemen should join the modern world, those sickos.
