I don't see any rights being infringed upon here. The man admits he has criminal fantasies. I can understand the parents' concern. I wouldn't want anyone like that around my child. His website enables and encourage other pedophiles. Therefore, I don't believe he should be allowed to continue running such site. A restraining order is a little rough, but he brought it upon himself. A man like him-- reliant on disability, suffering from depression, and an admited pedophile-- the government ought to be able to force into hospitalization.
