Default Self-Described Pedophile

Looks like even the ACLU finally realized this hot potato is NOT something they want to handle. McClellan----self described pedophile----may not have ever been caught molesting a child, but he NEEDS to be kept away from little girls....one way or another. What say you----civil rights' advocates??? Want this man down the street in his car when YOUR little girls play outside???

"Civil libertarians and others had argued that the original sweeping restraining order had virtually barred McClellan from the state by forbidding him from going near any child.

With the modified order, "Mr. McClellan can go shopping ... he's not barred from having a life, but there is, however, a perimeter around children," Zinnanti said.

Zinnanti also said the two attorneys had offered to help McClellan get counseling.

McClellan was represented at the hearing by attorney Robert J. Wilson, who said he was acting at the request of the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California.

However, Wilson was handed a note by the bailiff during the hearing that said the ACLU would not be taking the case.

"So Mr. McClellan is going to represent himself," Wilson said."
