There's a small problem with that. He hasn't broken any law. It's not illegal to be a pedophile. Just like it's not illegal to a have homocidal tendencies. It's illegal to act on those thoughts. Which he hasn't done. I agree he's a sick puppy. No question. But it's tough to lock someone up simply for having sick thoughts.
