There's a small problem with that. He hasn't broken any law. It's not illegal to be a pedophile. Just like it's not illegal to a have homocidal tendencies. It's illegal to act on those thoughts. True...which is why if a father of one of the children he's preying on catches him a debilitating beating would be in order. Much more difficult to prey on kids from a wheelchair.
