By that loose definaton the USA has been in a Civil War since 1776.

So if Crips kill off enough Bloods they would control the center of power.


If the same situation was occuring in Iraq but in the USA you can bet extremist here would use it as an opportunity to kill their rivals whether that be racial religious or whatever.

etc ..is what a Civil War is

Afghanistan 1991-today is a Civil War. That the USA got involved in much like Germany and Italy got involved in Spains.
