I'm searching for a word, I think it is an ism, an political -ism but also practised by other organizations.

So tell me, what's that word i saw on wikipedia a few days ago that describes how a minor organization is overtaken my a majority organization by moving members to the smaller organization to win an election for example. I think this method is or was practised by both the philadeplia church and the Soviet Union.

Hi, I think you mean Entryism; it's basically where an organization's members are encouraged to infiltrate another organization in an attempt to gain recruits.
