But the law of the United States includes the writ of Habeas Corpus. Why do you want to overlook that aspect of law and pursue another? These prisoners are not all guilty.

If they are, I implore the US government to make their case in a court of law, not a Military Tribunal. Make us all believe their contention.

They won't because they cannot.

The Constitution is the law. The ruling had nothing to do with political correctness...The SCOTUS makes the ruling as to what is constitutional and what is not. When they moved towards this ruling in 2006, Bush was able to convince the congress to change the law...now he must change the constitution if he wishes to continue to suspend habeus corpus and remove the rights and liberties of individuals.
