So Blackburn doesn't agree with Limbaugh saying that. Since I don't know what Hagel did that Limbaugh was referring to or the context I don't know whether Limbaugh was wrong or not.

So? That doesn't mean she's right to disagree with Limbaugh. Without knowing the context I don't know whether Limbaugh was wrong or not. What she thinks is irrelevant to that point.
