Wealth is neither a right nor is taken with an individual after death. Wealth exists within the people, divided up by whatever system or lack of system those people have. True morality would demand that wealth be divided up and dispersed on an "as-needed" basis by the central government power that provides equality to all. No other system can match that equality.
