EDIT TO REMOVE INSULT

Abortion is not an issue this year. Roe v Wade is the law. Under stare decisis, that will not change. Obama and his radical left followers are trying to blow up a dead issue.

Yes, I'm sure if the supreme court decided to not follow precedent that it would get overturned when the case was appealed to a higher court.
