It's a hell of a lot less than would have died if Saddam was still in power. Iraqi's were starving to death while Saddam was dining in one of his many palaces. Those opposed to the regime were killed, raped and tortured. He gassed his own people. Let's not pretend that Saddam was a good leader. Let's not pretend that he should be in power. Now we need to finish what we started. Whether you agree with the war or not we need to finish it.
