So... Hillary's poll numbers continue to rise, and Obama is probably asking himself "I wonder how I'm going to win this thing when I'm up against Poppy Clinton's wife?"

Of course there's the vice presidency, although I'm not sure Obama really fits with Hillary, after all she's not exactly someone you can listen to Marvin Gaye with, share Ripple or a Scotch and Drambuie or a blackberry brandy with.

So, his best bet is to really stick it out, try to win. It's what you do when your white classmates constantly chide you for being black — the beast of rage against The Man gnaws at your soul.

I'm expecting the Obama campaign to turn a little dirty. Start taking swipes at Hillary's character. With a bit of a low-tech lynching, he may just yet pull this out. You just know that the thought of carjacking the presidency and controlling the fate of the country must give Obama that old "X-rated tingle."

I can see him now on that podium, "We don’t push for the truth. We push to win, praise the Lord!"
