The ads are designed to preach to the choir anyway. The internet is the most effective place for that.
TV introduces the risk of the ad reaching people who are not part of the choir or neutral... and that will actually only help to activate the opposition.

The TV media just take the money and throw it on. The PAC is either banking on an audience that is sympathetic or deluded enough to believe their message is mainstream.

about the vp thing no way he picks Hagel, Hagel is way to right wing for any democrats. he is a lot more to the right than lieberman is to the left for mccain. the left won't accept a right winger but the right wing would accept a liberal heck we have one on the top of our ticket.

Mayor Bloomberg: lets raise and raise taxes.
He is only Mayor b/c of Rudy's success. Otherwise, this whole green initiative crap of his has done very little for the average new yorker, other than raise the price taken out of the pay check.

Yes it is. We don't need a draft to keep troops in Germany or South Korea. We won't need a draft to keep troops in Iraq, whether or not there are troops in Afghanistan or Iran. Saying that we are going to war with Iran is fearmongering because you have no proof that we will actually go to war with Iran and because saying that we will is an attempt to scare people away from voting McCain, who has no proposed platform of "go to war with Iran."

Are you DOUBTING that we will be at war with Iran by election time?
Ummmm.... why wouldn't you doubt that?

Is it 100% logical to say that we will go to Iran by election time, or should there be some level of doubt?

TJO I love how you say on one hand Iran must be stopped from having nuclear weapons but on the other try to scary people thinking into thinking that Bush will do an attack as if its okay for you to beleive Iran shouldn't have nuclear weapons but because I don't like Bush he shouldn't act.

I've been very clear about this, so your confusion baffles me a little.

IF there is CLEAR PROOF that Iran is building a nuclear weapon, we will have to act to eliminate the threat.

Just like if there WERE clear proof that Iraq had WMDs and wasn't hesitant to use them, we SHOULD have invaded Iraq. Which there wasn't, cuz he didn't.

Clear Proof. That's the key. Clear. Proof.

I really do want to like McCain, but lately he and the RNC attracts a lot of wierdos and racists.. and I do not suffer fools, even if only by association. Which is why I registered as an indy to begin with.

Personally.. sadly I have atleast one family member who finally admitted once I confronted her that she's voting for McCain because BHO is black.

Here at PF? several.. here's just one example:
