I messed around with the photo in my file after I posted. If you double its size, then turn it into a negative, and then tint the negative red, you will see one object towards the lower left side (Up a few inches on left) that is a black dot and not a red dot like all others in the photo. Then if you look I can see what appears to be tracks around the area of the black dot.
I was trying to remember how the Rover got on the moon? Did it come down with the Lander and they put it on the moon? Or was it parachuted somehow. That may give us a clue here, as a parachute probably wouldn't work there in no atmosphere. (Recall moving flag theory - no atmosphere - no wind)
