But Boog - that's kinda the whole point - I mean, in politics, when someone says something bad about you, you've got your people out there trying to deny it and prove it wrong and everything else - right?
I mean, that's like, the 'First" thing that happens, in those cases, right?
Well, so, how does Bushie deal with that? His "typical response" is to stonewall the issue using his press secretaries, like the McLelland-Snow types -
And I mean, in "most" administrations, the job of those guys is to keep the public "kinda informed" on what's going on in the White House -
But not these guys - oh no - their job is to "spin" and "obfuscate" and "make excuses" and basically ensure that the American People know as little as possible about what's really going on.
Nah, Bushie didn't desert. He just didn't show up, is all. There's a bit of a difference there. Hey, I can't blame the guy, I mean, if he woulda asked me to "show up" for Iraq, I wouldn't have done that either. Bozo-in-Chief can kiss my butt if he thinks I'm dyin' for him, instead of for the American People - 'cause every American I ever talked to, told me "no war in my name", so I'm just going by what people have been telling me....
And the truth in this particular case, is that I trust my friends and neighbors, way more, than I trust the President of the United States.
And there's something wrong with that, isn't there?
