Oh yeah, we've visited that piece "thoroughly" already, let's see, Under the Sun, the Wizard, Hand of Doom, all that good stuff - Into the Void, yadda yadda... yeah, the bikers love all that stuff, but they really get turned on by Steppenwolf, and early Deep Purple, and even Grand Funk's Red Album, stuff like that. The Ozzy thing, is kinda something they do when they've taken too many reds or somethin', you know, they're passed out in a corner and the rest of the gang is peein' on 'em, somethin' like that...
We've been checkin' out the Judas Priest vibe on these guys, you know the biker-in-leather trip, but now that everyone knows the guy's gay, you kinda get a mixed reaction of the crowd - like, we do "Tyrant" (well), which is kinda something everyone relates to, but you start playing some of that new Halford stuff, and people don't really understand it, which is a shame 'cause it's only that they don't "want to" understand it - but anyway....
We've got a "short list" of stuff we're gonna work on, let's see, we got some Blue Cheer on it, and so on, and even some Badfinger - "Baby Blue" is one of those things that like, "everyone" loves - the chicks go completely insane on that song, and it's got this beautiful guitar lick that the guys tune into, and it's like, as long as you don't blow chunks or wear red shoes doin' it, you're gonna be a musical God when that one's over....
But yeah, it's like, kinda of an "acid test" of sorts, playing in front of ten thousand bikers, it's like, you know, if they suddenly riot and start screaming "Lemmy" in unison, well then, you gotta pull some Motorhead outta your backside, know what I'm sayin'?

Sounds good but not sure about Badfinger ... I always associate them with come and get it, day after day ... didn't like either one.
Yeah lots of deep purple (Ritchie Blackmore rocks) and always pound out Ted the Mechanic...
Yep, Ozzie Black Sabbath with crazy train and sabbath bloody sabbath -- good stuff ... he is a seriously talented dude.
I would imaging bikers would like some of Seger's old stuff ... Roll me away, Nutbush city limits and Get out of Denver and he has a new album titled Keep the Promise where he does a tune with Kid Rock titled Real mean bottle ... kinda country rock but it kicks a$$ ..
A few more .. The Boss, born in the usa -- Canned heat ~ going up the country, Jefferson starship ~ We built this city, anything Hendrix,
Cocker, you can leave your hat on and first we take manhattan Mellemcamp ~ rock in the usa (and the other garage rockers),
Then I'd toss some random stuff at them ... ya never know ... reflections of my life by marmalade and wild cherry by foghat and pancho and lefty by merle and willie ... spirit in the sky by norman greenbaum who doesn't like rare earth, peter frampton, the yardbirds, the who ...
Man I can't wait to hear youz guyz play ... what's the band name again ?
