15th street on the Strand, IIRC, is now a hotel named The Beach House ($350 /night during the off season) and there is a small park there (Noble Park -- Millenium Way) You bet ... for hot chicks Hermosa is tough to beat (double
) and waddaya mean it's expensive there ... ya can pick up a nice 800 sq ft starter for just a few million....
