Default Kerry has never explained - can you?

Kerry agreed, before Bush sent the troops into Iraq, that he thought they had WMD's and we should dethrone him. It is on the record and I can provide web site quotes if you like.
He also said he would have "fought the war in a different way".
He has never explained, nor has the national media, questioned him about what he meant. The 'War" itself was a spectacular military success - nobody questions that. SO what does he mean. Perhaps having UN patches on the victorious troops instead of US insignia?? Would that have eneded the war any earlier.
Or does he mean the war on terrorism, or the pacification of Iraq?
If he means the latter, does he really believe that his French-looking charm will entice the French and Germans to send troops to Iraq? For what purpose? If we had a soldier for each household in Iraq I doubt that it would diminsh the current terrorist attacks against the Iraq people since it is perpetrated by other radical Islamic countries intent on subverting the efforts to bring a democracy to Iraq. And besides, there is evidence that the French and Germans were skimming funds from the "oil for food" program under Sadam - do we want to invite them back in again?
I have not heard ONE concrete idea from Kerry about what he would do, that Bush is not doing, to bring democracy to Iraq.
Give me some help here, you Kerry supporters.
