I can't answer this question because i/we never heard the discussions between our Countries. Maybe the other Countries had road blocks set up that prevented GWB from completing his goal and refuse to change them. Why would you want the President of the United States (Strongest and most powerful Country in the world) to be humiliated by the Counties around us? Are you kidding? IMO GWB reacted like a typical American. If you won't help, kiss my @ss, i'll find someone who will. Why is an Eagle the symbol for this Country?
