You're just being weird.
It honestly took me a while to figure out what you guys were trying to say, with your constant accusations that Democrats or liberals or black people or whatever specific demographic you guys are upset with this week are hoping for bad news in Iraq.
See, that's a horrible thing to say and I couldn't figure out why you would say it. It doesn't make any sense at all.
But then I figured it out. You think that bad news is good for Democrats because it's bad for Republicans, right? What you're really trying to do is stave off criticism of the war. 'Cause this war certainly isn't making anybody in politics look good. But it's really making Bush look bad, and Republicans have flocked so tightly to his lead that it's making them look bad, too.
Anyway, it's foolishness. Nobody wants the war to go badly. You guys feel bad when the war news is bad, same as everybody else, but you don't want to face the reality of it so you blame the bad news itself, as if burying your head in the sand could somehow make the war go better.
You're just being weird. I think you should stop it. It's a transparent tactic that accomplishes nothing except to insult people who are actually on your side.
