Romney answered this question at the youtube debate (which was a joke of a debate) and answered the question by promoting having fathers in the household. The most interesting part of the answer was when Cooper Anderson did not realize that this was his answer. Anderson repeated the question that was asked believing that it wasn't an answer at all. I think this reveals a little bit about the left's thought process. Please correct me if I am wrong, but I think the left believes the only answer to this is to give money or something similar instead of teaching values.
