The FBI has an islamofascist captured in the US. His group has announced that there is a nuclear bomb in new york which will explode in 24 hours (just like the show - heh heh!) The FBI has lots of specific hard evidence which convinces them that the threat is real, but they have no idea where the bomb is - repeated seraches have not turned it up. He refuses to tell where it is - do they torture him to get the info?
