It's a common fallacy women are paid less for the same work. Women generally can't work as much as a man, because they raise children. Women have maternity leave, meaning they can't work as much as a man. More men than women have, throughout history, attended university. That doesn't mean men are smarter. It means men have more opportunity to educate themselves and earn degrees at a greater rate than women.
So when you compare women to men, you're bound to find discrepancies.
