The majority of strikes are put in place when it becomes obvious that the cost of living is moving at a higher rate than the wages "AND" the reality of the money being made is not being distributed to anyone but the higher ups.

More money being created from profits should mean more money for the people whose work creates those profits. It is true capitalism.

Anyone who demands money that "isn't" there, really isn't there, probably needs to be replaced.
