Agreed. There’s a trend going on where people are buying second houses as investments and renting them for profit. That’s probably all there is to this, a series of infomercials. There not renting at the stupidly high rent asked and people who haven’t a clue are losing there investment properties.
There are two newly built homes in my neighborhood that were built for that purpose, there both for sale now…
