I must admit, I don't understand this mentality.

The Germans (and Austrians, and a few others if my information is correct), have this kinda strange "mind-set" in their politics, where they're actually scared of ideas.

You know, "radical ideas" and the like.

There is some historical precedent, for "ideas" like that, catching on, yes?

So, it seems to me, that they're trying to address that concept, by trying to "prevent the ideas from catching on".

Doesn't that strike you as kinda wrong-headed?

For the same reason that "legislating morality" is wrong-headed?

So, you know, they're not gonna regulate your "belief" ('cause they can't), but they're just "not gonna let you talk about it".

And then, they're not gonna let you "get organized" about it.

I mean, isn't this the same way China deals with Christianity?

Am I missing something?
