Default Here's the problem...

No one can give me a clear definition of the term "troll." To each person, it means different things. It's just like the judge ruling on pornography. In the end, all he could say was, "I know it when I see it."

I don't think the guy should be fired or prosecuted for posting on a BB. If fired, it should be for being an idiot... not for being a big mouth. Basically, while the Freedom of Speech is guaranteed by the Constitution, it isn't absolute. You can't yell "FIRE!" in a crowded theatre and start a stampede, or utter the word "Bomb" in an airport without getting arrested for it. In the end, I suspect it gets decided on a case-by-case basis.
