France 62.3million 8-9.6% <<- typical France can't even be sure about their own stats!!!
UK 58.8million 2.7%
Italy 58.4million 1.4%
spain 43.1million 2.3%

So 35% is way way way off the mark - maybe he meant 3.5% of the population as that is a better average!
