There is an interesting logic at work with "al Qaeda in Iraq". Until we invaded Iraq there was no "al Qaeda in Iraq". They sprouted up and licensed the al Qaeda name in response to our silly invasion. So we are working to defeat an enemy that we ourselves created. Brilliant I tell you. You really can't make this stuff up.
