Um. No that's actually real. Though it isn't homosexuality that causes it. It's the human papilloma virus. Which is a rather common STD that often doesn't have any symptoms and doesn't even have a test for men.

It's treated much more seriously with women. You may recall the hubbub a while ago when they came up with a vaccine for women because...

HPV causes cervical cancer in women.

It seems it does the same thing in regards to anal cancer.

In short always use protection even if the other person had an STD screen (because, again, there is no test for it in men).

However in defense of regular wikipedia, I checked their article on homosexuality and they've got that info too. (Also some of the drug thing). They also have some other stuff a truly liberally biased source would have purged.

So basically the most politically neutral way to say it is that unprotected sex increases the chance of getting certain types of cancer.

A homosexual with a condom is no more likely to spread cancer than a heterosexual with a condom. Anal cancer maybe, but that seems to be splitting hairs.

But of course that might draw attention to the chastity pledge kids who also tend to have sex in unconventional ways without using protection... I can see where Conservapedia wouldn't want anything to allude to that.
