I don't think the 4 teens made the right decision by attacking her but I hardly feel bad for the victim; stupidity sometimes has consequences. It's not like they beat the crap our of her anyway, apparently they just pushed her, stole her headphones, and spit on her. All and all she was lucky that nothing worse happened to her. Go ahead and punish the people who pushed and spit on her, but last time I checked those actions usually don't warrant jail time.

I certainly don't feel sorry for her or anyone else with a complete lack of common sense. But I also feel that those who attacked her should be arrested and charged for Assault and Battery and serve some jail time as an example to others.
