I disagree. The FCC DOES serve a purpose. The problem is that they've expanded, and abused that purpose.

Granted, I don't think parents want their sheltered little waifs hearing all the lyrics to their precious' little Tupac songs on the radio. However, the heavy-handed fees, fines and financial regulations are what needs to be pared back.
