And every hour of every day of every week of every month of every year for the last 4 decades Israel has occupied Palestine. In the first decade Israel allowed squatters to encroach into Palestinian land. By the second decade Israel confiscated Palestinian land for more squatters. After the Israeli high court found the practice illegal the Israeli government made legal fictions to continue the practice.

Those squatter practices have incited more violence than any other means of incitement.
