I'll make it easy for you Blade, since you seem to be losing it yet again:

If we are (as you say) the "only one Numero Uno", and because we don't want to lose this status we vote against these bills (as you say) "the Numero Uno will be against it".

At the same time, the rest of the world will approve of these bills (or as you say) "everyone else will be for it".

My only conclusion is that we're NOT looking out for "The Worlds" best interests (or as you often say) "The greater good", we are in fact acting for the benefit of our own self-interests to remain Numero Uno.

I don't know, maybe in "Blade-Land" 1 + 1 = 3
