I despise these people ( berkeley bozos) but I cannot even consider them 'liberals' because they are whacked out of their heads. True Liberals are not all bad and not all of their ideas are bad. True Liberals think with their hearts and many times expound good ideas on the get go that unfortunately get either corrupted or out of control. The problem is that the Whacks do tend to influence some of the less grounded Liberals cowd in a bad way.
These Berkeley bufoons are the flip side of the right wing whacks such as White supremicists and Nazi's.
