Most of the conditions of the residents of Gaza are the responsiblity of the residents of Gaza. Israeli law and order does not apply inside Gaza. The Palestinians democratically voted Hamas in, if I recall. I wonder if they will ever vote them out?

I believe all people have the right to fulfill their potential. It is not up to others to necessarily make it easy for them. In the US the constitution says we have the right to pursue happiness, not the right to happiness. For many Palestinians, their happiness is found in killing Jews and basking in Allah's pleased countenance.

The Palestinian people wish to see the Israeli people dead and gone. The Israelis are restrained and humane in their approach to living side-by-side with those who wish to kill them and who daily rocket them, who teach incitement & murder to prekindergarteners, who use the power of their religion and their ethnicity (Islam & Arab) to spread anti-Israel, anti-Jewish propaganda world-wide. The Palestinians are used as a pawn by their own people to demonize the Jews and Israel. They could have absorbed those refugees decades ago and made this problem disappear. The Palestinian people are not all terrorists, but most share in a common ideology (anti-Israel) which I abhor.
