Riiiiiiiight. Primitives stealing money. I get it.

So then those people who get fat and sue McDonalds for making them that way are A-OK? Those people who willingly smoke for 30 years knowing it could kill them and then get millions in compensation from tobacco companies deserve it?? Someone talking on their mobile phone in Ikea who trips over sues the company for their knee surgery - that's ok??

But no, being ripped away from your family for the sake of ethnic cleansing (and this cannot be denied - it's written in the legislation) by a government bent on eradicating your race after over a hundred years of discriminatory legislation does not warrant compensation? It's stealing, in their case? Not becoming a citizen of your own country until more than 150 years after it is settled is ok? Being classed as `flora and fauna' for that same amount of time is ok?

Because all of those hundreds of lawsuits by self-serving idiots who have managed to find legal loop-holes and tie up our already overburdened legal system with crap apparently haven't stopped you from being able to afford your plasma - but as soon as any deserving people (especially if they're not white) perhaps might get some compensation all of a sudden it's going to affect your life and your income?

You probably enjoy your $30 a fortnight tax break immensely, and had your vote bought by Howard as a result - while the education, health, welfare, workplace and nearly every other sector in this country is neglected even though we have a several-billion dollar surplus. You probably bought your house before housing became so unaffordable in this country that nobody can get into the market - or even afford their rent, in most cases.

You probably care nothing for any humanitarian or social efforts as long as the dollars keep rolling in. Why else would you care who gets compensation? People who don't deserve it get compensation every day. Why aren't you whining and whingeing about them? Because they're white?

You are, unfortunately, the embarrassing face of Australia that Mr Howard cultivated and condoned for so long. You probably don't have the sense to be ashamed - but that's ok, the rest of us will be ashamed for you.
