our actual first born is beyond brilliant and is quite healthy and will very likely be someone who contributes massively to civilization's well being. if you don't hear of him within the next ten years i will be amazed.
if i had been willing to endure the role of parent to a tragically born child, there would have been no second birth. but because we were not so burdened we were blessed with a second healthy child. her intellectual talents do not compare with that of her older brother (even tho she maintains a 4.0 GPA at the state university) but she has a variety of gifts and will also very likely be a significant contributor to the world's condition.
i share this with you because this side of the story is so seldom heard. a fetus was intentionally aborted for medical reasons and as a result, two wonderful talented persons will add to this planet ... which would not have been the circumstance but for the abortion.
