Now, one very important thing:

Declaration of independence of Kosovo was scheduled for February, beacuse of Serbian presidential elections that took place in January. Why is that so? Because if the elections had been held AFTER Kosovar independence, then the radical candidate Tomislav Nikolic would have won. And then he would lay hands on the army and push Serbia into war again.
