Free market does not mean "do as you please and make the rules as you go"...you can in fact be brought to inquiry for certain price guttering or gauging. Should this be pulled as well? Many organisations exist to protect rights...if people did the right thing, there would be no locks, laws, rules and agencies and government bodies to oversee them.
If there is evidence to support such a charge, then they have a case.

Free Market Economy and Free Market Trade are based on the theory of Capitalism...which was created by the same man who created the theory of Communism, German man named Karl Marx. In reality, neither really exist in their pure form.
Unions, anti-discrimination laws, social security, civil liberty rights, freedom of speech, etc. would not exist if everyone did the "right" thing.
By the way, your definition of free market didnt help Microsoft this week as they are faced with a 899 million sanction by the EU for poor and bad business process.
again, where do you draw the line?
