That's only egalitarian fantasy, difference in intelligence leads to differences in income, not the other way around like egalitarian Marxists claim! There was a lot of research done on the subject and no egalitarian project, no matter the amount of funding, was able to do anything about the inherent IQ differences found in people! Equal twins grown up separated under different conditions on average are much more equal in mental capacity as adults than are not equal twins or adopted children grown up together under equal conditions!
There were studies done on black children adopted into white middle class families, the "white environment" had no lasting positive influence either on intelligence nor behavior. But one thing was found, namely that white children grown up together with black children in the same household were more likely to develop mentally problems and anomalies than their peers!
