I actually don't agree with affirmative action, I don't think it should exist at all. What I'm saying is that privately owned companies are not legally bound to affirmative action. If the NBA wants to be racist, it can be. If you applied for a job with the NBA, and you where denied because you where too white, I'd suggest talking to a lawyer. What are you trying to prove? That the NBA is racist, and that they are legally bound to a affirmative action? Yeah it seems weird that most NBA players are black, and if it was the other way around they would probably be scrutinized. What does this prove to someone that doesn't agree with affirmative action in the first place?
