Building gulags and sending our complete leadership there would be the first step to a solution I believe! Afterwards we resolve the EU, retake our independence and send all those who do not belong here and which either can not or do not want to be integrated, or both, back to their homelands!
Once we have done that overpopulation and and job shortage will decrease sharply and in the process cause a heavy rise in the overall quality of living! Europe could again become a beacon of civilization and freedom the rest of the world looks up to!
