NO, its a priveledge...not a right....just like your priveledge to drive, vote, etc. its not a right. it is at the mercy of the government if they give it or take it....not everyone can own a gun, drive, vote, etc. get it straight.
how can an inanimate object be bad? like yellow cake, a nuclear bomb, cocaine, anthrax, etc etc. poof....in order to have a theory, you have to be able to make sure there isnt anything that negates the content, otherwise, its done. your logic failed.
