Being that Berlin is considered the "most dynamic city" in europe...I think their (Turkish) cultural influence, amongst many others represented, is one of positive contribution.

the USA has 26% of its citizens of German background (America's largest cultural group)...so the USA should be called Germany West...oh well, in skeptikos' world there is a different set of mathmatical rules.
