Hey, Examiner...I think that ranking is about Freedom in the Press, which is probably pretty accurate. They rank it a few different things, like availibility of information, etc.
They dont hang pot smokers in Sinagpore, like many south east asian countries, they give the death penalty to drug dealers and smugglers, users basically get a slap on the wrist. In the USA, we actually put teenager pot smokers in jail...now that is uncalled for.
