I guess he is trying to say that the church they attend and their views on life that he and her experienced will define the way they will act in office and shape their views on how the country should be. He says their Church according to the goals he got off their website is pro africa centric and Africa should be put first. Maybe he thinks that Obama and his wife in office would put Afica and Blacks first and anything else would come second including the U.S..
